Privacy policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This policy covers the website www.rmnadeemlaw.ca of R.M. Nadeem Law Professional Corporation, 1225 Kennedy Road, Suite 2000, Unit 2040, Scarborough, ON M1P 4Y1.
What the website asks you for
Nothing. The website has no forms and no accounts. You can call or email the office, and that is up to you.
Google Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics to count visits. It shows us which pages people read, how long they stay, the city they are in, their device and browser, and the website that sent them here. It also counts clicks on the phone number and the email address. It does not tell us your name, phone number or email address.
Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. It sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_L747MRPY3G. They hold a random number, so a second visit is not counted as a new visitor.
The detailed visit records are deleted after 2 months. Google signals are off, so visits are not linked to Google accounts or used for advertising.
To stop being counted, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or block cookies in your browser. The website works the same either way. Google explains how it handles this data in its privacy policy.
Server records
Like any website, the server keeps a technical record of requests: the IP address, the time and the page asked for. It is used to keep the website safe and to fix errors, not to find out who visited.
When you call or email the office
What you tell the office is used to answer you. If you become a client, it becomes part of your file and is kept confidential, as the Law Society of Ontario requires of every lawyer. The office does not sell or rent personal information.
Sending an email or calling does not by itself make you a client.
Links to other websites
Links to Google Maps and the firm's Google profile open Google's websites. Google's own policy applies there.
Your information and your rights
Under Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask what personal information the office holds about you and ask to correct it. Email rmnadeem72@gmail.com or call (289) 937-1998. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
